1. Services Provided
MainFlare provides the following services:
- Web Development: Custom website development, web applications, and software solutions
- Web Hosting: Server hosting and cloud infrastructure services
- SEO Services: Search engine optimization and digital marketing services
- Social Media Marketing: Social media management and marketing campaigns
2. Payment Terms
All services provided by MainFlare are non-refundable once payment has been completed. We offer free support for all our development products for 60 days after the final payment. After this period, support will be provided on a paid basis, regardless of the problem size.
3. Support Policy
- Free Support Period: 60 days from the date of final payment
- Support Scope: Bug fixes, technical issues, and basic assistance
- Post-Support Period: All support requests after 60 days will be charged based on the complexity and time required
4. Intellectual Property
All development work, code, and designs created by MainFlare remain the intellectual property of MainFlare until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights as specified in the project agreement.
5. Copyright Notice
Important: Our development copyrights in the footer cannot be removed. If removed, the service will be out of support. This applies to all websites and applications developed by MainFlare.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Removal of copyright notices
- Illegal or harmful activities
7. Limitation of Liability
MainFlare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
MainFlare reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
